Geatesh Tampy has served 30-plus years as a senior leader in the speciality chemical industry with strong expertise in the design, development, scaleup, large-scale implementation and commercialization of novel, patentable and sustainable products and processes. 

He currently serves as CEO of Karunchem a sustainable chemical technology consulting firm.

He is an Adjunct Professor at Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ.

Previously he was with International Flavors & Fragrances Inc., most recently as Global Director of Engineering Innovation (R&D Scent). Based on his expertise and contributions, Geatesh was honored as an IFF Fellow. His previous roles included Global Director of Process Engineering, Director of R&D Chemical Development and R&D Safety, Environmental & Regulatory Affairs Director (a position he served while also leading the Engineering iniatives).
